It's a new type of accessory that gives boosts to character skills. Charms are crafting only items that can be made with materials dropped in the new levels of Tower of Mushin. While Blade & Soul gold reaches 1 million players in NA and EU server, it releases new equipment type "Charms".
The Charms I've seen are exclusive to each class. To craft Charms, players have to purchase sandalwood using chaplets dropped in Tower of Mushin 16 - 20 floors.
New costumes are also available in the Chinese B&S store. With Chinese New Year coming in February, traditional Chinese style costumes with lots of red color are also released.
